Hi, we’re William & Hannah and welcome to The Rising!
In obedience to the Lord we have started this online space to help prepare God’s people for His return.
Several years ago, the Lord directed us to leave everything and everyone we knew behind to follow Him alone. Having been raised in the pentecostal church, He revealed that we’d been exposed to many false teachers and controlling religious spirits throughout our years of church involvement. Jesus taught that many false teachers, pastors and leaders would surface in the church in the last days, and be successful in deceiving many (see Matthew 24). We personally believe that we are in the very final days before He returns, making it more essential than ever for each believer to know how to hear the voice of the Good Shepherd and to follow Him alone (see John 10v11-30).
On the 13th of October 2022, the Lord woke Hannah in the middle of the night and gave her a powerful vision experience where the Holy Spirit literally took over her head and revealed that Jesus is returning very soon. The Lord has placed such an urgency in her that He is coming back soon and it is currently the eleventh hour before midnight when He is returning for His people. Those who are not prepared and have fallen asleep without truly knowing and following Jesus will not be ready and miss out on being invited to the wedding banquet (see Matthew 25v1-13).

Throughout this website we share our testimonies on how we have been healed and delivered from demonic strongholds, and give insights on how to pray and seek the Lord effectively for freedom and deliverance. The Rising is not an organisation, institution or business entity. It is simply a platform to do as the Lord directs us, with no desire to seek personal gain or profit. As such, all books have been made freely available to read on this website and can also be purchased from Amazon and Apple at the minimums set by the retailers. We do not want your money.
As we navigate these end times, all articles will be published using our pseudonyms - William and Hannah. We are simply part of Christ’s body obeying all He commands us, as led by His Holy Spirit. Jesus is calling all members of His body to rise up and go into their world and preach the good news of the kingdom, baptising them in His name, setting prisoners free, healing the sick and delivering people from demons. He is calling all believers to arise and shine His light in the darkness during these last days.
